Hey, I'm Steve. To preface, I have read the whole core, creation, Divine, and Thaumaturge books and more. Maybe I missed some things and I am definitely confused on some, so here I am.
First, off topic 1. What is the fps cap on modded blasters?
2. Weapon Mark - permanent or have to be applied each time a spell it's used? Is there a fp/sp cost. Can this be used even if the delivery used to be by touch?
3. Mystic Theurge - add Thaumatic duration/delivery incants to Divine Prayers. - how exactly does this work? Extra costs involved?
4. The incant for Thaumaturge is the name of each part included in the spell in order?
5. By Mark - how does it work when you want to use the mark? How do you cast TO the mark? Could you please also give an example of a spell casting mark mark first also? This one has been quite confusing.
6. Siphon Incant - how do you bestow the stored attribute?
7. Cleanse, Bane, Bestow, etc incants with no F or S next to Tier - are they both?
8. Divine Prayers - many say "Cast" then effect, but not a delivery method. What is the delivery method on these?
Edit: A couple more questions
9. Bestow Incant - Target: Effect - Effect Incants, Targetable Effects Incants or both? Or am I reading this wrong?
10. Dispel Incant - What can it target? There are no specific targets listed for it. Is it from the incants, targetable other, or just anything?
Thanks for helping.

Answers in bold below:1. What is the fps cap on modded blasters? 120 fps is the cap2. Weapon Mark - permanent or have to be applied each time a spell it's used? Is there a fp/sp cost. Can this be used even if the delivery used to be by touch? If you are using weapon mark then the delivery is via Conseris which does not have an activation cost. i.e, you buy the weapon mark ability and now you can cast spells through your ranged weapon instead of a packet, touch etc. A touch spell would not be delivered via a ranged weapon. 4. The incant for Thaumaturge is the name of each part included in the spell in order? I'm going to answer this one before the ones below as I think it will help with your other questions. To cast a spell as a thaumaturge you string together the symbols that you wish to cast, put them into the spell formula provided in the Thaumaturgy appendix (think like a programming format) then say the incant words for the symbols you are using. So if you wanted to throw a packet that equaled 5 damage you would say the following:Ignis (all thaumturgy requires an element to be cast from, in this case fire)Volnero (the effect symbol, this one meaning 5 damage)Illis (You are delivering via a packet)
Since the duration for this spell is instant we do not need a duration incant
So you would say "Ignis Volnero Illis" You would throw your packet and then state the Out of game call "5 Fire"3. Mystic Theurge - add Thaumatic duration/delivery incants to Divine Prayers. - how exactly does this work? Extra costs involved? You would add either a duration or delivery incant to your prayer. You would pay the cost of incanting these words. Examples: If you wanted to add to the Disarming words prayer (Tier 1 Focus) you could change the duration to short(one minute) and/or you could change the delivery to by gesture instead of by packet. Since you are adding Normal divine incant spell example: "In Magnus' name I disarm you" "Divine Disarm"Modified spell example: "In Magnus' name I disarm you, Ignis Medox!" "Short Disarm by Fire and Divine"Normal spell cost (1 Focus) + 2StaminaModified spell example: "In Magnus' name I disarm you,Ignis Linus Medox!" "By Gesture Short disarm by Fire and Divine"Normal spell cost(1 Focus) + 1 Focus(For by gesture) +2Stamina(for one minute duration)There are no hard rules as to when or where you add the thaumturgey words when adding them to divine spells, just that they have to be stated in the incant.5. By Mark - how does it work when you want to use the mark? How do you cast TO the mark? Could you please also give an example of a spell casting mark mark first also? This one has been quite confusing. Whatever/whoever has the mark becomes the recipient of the spell. Without getting into theoretical rituals the simplest example is this:I give you a charm with a Conseris symbol. I cast Ignis Remedio Victus Conseris (Fire, Restore 5 Blood, by Mark) 6. Siphon Incant - how do you bestow the stored attribute? Siphon is a theoretical symbol and requires ingame training to learn. The appendix was missing language to make this clear and has been corrected.7. Cleanse, Bane, Bestow, etc incants with no F or S next to Tier - are they both? These symbols are considered universal and can be used as either focus or stamina8. Divine Prayers - many say "Cast" then effect, but not a delivery method. What is the delivery method on these? Unless otherwise stated Divine prayers are done via packetEdit: A couple more questions 9. Bestow Incant - Target: Effect - Effect Incants, Targetable Effects Incants or both? Or am I reading this wrong? Examples of Bestow:Ignis Imperto Obvallo Ignis Contago Paratus (Fire, Bestow Fire Shield, Until Used) by Touch(By touch delivery for the person casting the spell)The recipient of this spell could call a Fire shield once if struck with a fire based attack. This would last until they used the buff or until they reset. Ignis Imperto Exsul-Vercordis Illis Contago Paratus (Fire, Bestow Fire-Fey-Bane by weapon, until used) by Touch(By touch delivery for the person casting the spell)The recipient of this spell could call "Fire Fey Bane" via a weapon strike once. This would last until they used the buff or until they reset.Ignis Imperto Fortis Contago Paratus (Fire, Bestow Stamina, until used) by touch
The recipient of this spell would gain +1Stamina that can go over cap. This would last until spent or until they reset.
10. Dispel Incant - What can it target? There are no specific targets listed for it. Is it from the incants, targetable other, or just anything? Removes specified effect from subject. (Dispel Weapon Shield removes a Weapon Shield from the subject if they possess one, etc). In essence Dispel can remove any symbol from an opponent, its purpose is to remove buffs and defenses from enemies.I hope this answers your questions but i you need further clarification please feel free to ask and we will seek to clarify.

Thanks for the help, it cleared up a lot. A few more questions.
Mark/Conseris - zero cost to mark a person? Casting to mark go to one person or all marks?
Mark - it has to be physically drawn on someone? What do people usually use?
By voice - is it to all Ally/enemy or targeting one person?
Modifying Divine with Thaumaturge - must add an element now that the spell is part Thaumaturge?
Mystic Theurge could modify a touch cast to bolt then fire through ranged weapon with Weapon Mark?
When a symbol has a Target: option, you have to purchase each option to be able to use them, yes? Part of this that has me confused is the Animate Sleep example in the book because Sleep is an option, but there is no symbol for it.

Mark/Conseris - zero cost to mark a person? Casting to mark go to one person or all marks? Mark - it has to be physically drawn on someone? What do people usually use? One person at a time, usually people have made charms with the symbol or drawn around the person with chalkBy voice - is it to all Ally/enemy or targeting one person? If its offensive its always to enemy, if its beneficial its always to allies. We allow players to add "to all enemies" or "to all allies" to their call if things are getting hectic/to avoid confusionModifying Divine with Thaumaturge - must add an element now that the spell is part Thaumaturge? yesMystic Theurge could modify a touch cast to bolt then fire through ranged weapon with Weapon Mark? yes, or just modify to weapon markWhen a symbol has a Target: option, you have to purchase each option to be able to use them, yes? Part of this that has me confused is the Animate Sleep example in the book because Sleep is an option, but there is no symbol for it. You are correct, sorry we call it animate sleep but its the subdue symbol
