Hello
I am reading through the combat section of the Core Rules. In may games I have played there is a flurry rule that usually goes along the lines of - After 3 strikes (succeful or not) you must take a step back to allow your opponent a moment of rest.
I could not find a reference to one in your rules. Do you have a similar requirement?

Hey,
If you look in our Core Rules document, there is a section called Combat Rules that covers this and other topics. The portion relevent to your question is what we call our melee conduct rule;
"The Melee Conduct Rule After successfully striking an opponent, you must attempt to hit a different location upon said opponent with your next attack against them. (i.e after hitting someone in their left arm, if you wish to continue to fight them you must make the attempt to hit them anywhere else before attacking their left arm again) if someone strikes you repeatedly in the same area you do not need to take their effects or damage, simply call Clarify:Melee Conduct."
So we don't have a "flurry" rule per se, but we don't allow what most LARPs call "machine-gunning" melee strikes. We avoided the term "machine-gunning" because, well, we're a game with machine guns, heh. I hope this is helpful, but if you need further clarification, don't hesitate to ask.

It does. I did see the Melee Conduct Rule and that is what promoted the question. Thank you
