How does creating ammunition that is specific to High Caliber guns work?
Say I want to create a Rending Bullet (By Shot, Rend), or I wanted to create a High-Caliber Rending Bullet (By Shot, Crushing Rend with a high-caliber gun), or a regular old Crushing Rending Bullet (By Shot, Crushing Rend, normal ammunition). How do I adjudicate these situations in the crafting system since High-Caliber bullet is Tier 0, Crushing and Rend are Tier 1, and there isn't a "High-Caliber only" efficiency?

How do I adjudicate these situations in the crafting system since High-Caliber bullet is Tier 0, Crushing and Rend are Tier 1, and there isn't a "High-Caliber only" efficiency? Not that I can speak to any of the crafting sides of this, but it was to my understanding that any CRUSHING bullet tag could only be delivered by a High Caliber (Mega) gun; and there by the same for PIERCING bullet tag with a Voltek (Disk) gun. If I could simply use a CRUSHING or PIERCING bullet tag with regular ammo, what would the point be to have or seek out proficiency with the specialty guns that do that very thing, since I still need a tag for every shot I take with them? In that, it is to my understanding that a CRUSHING bullet is a High Caliber bullet, and not that a CRUSHING bullet and a High Caliber CRUSHING bullet are separate things. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

In that, it is to my understanding that a CRUSHING bullet is a High Caliber bullet, and not that a CRUSHING bullet and a High Caliber CRUSHING bullet are separate things. Please correct me if I'm wrong. I know that Soldiers can learn to shoot Crushing (Crushing Shot, Tier 1 Stamina) and that Artisans can modify a weapon to shoot crushing (Crushing Bullet, Tier 1 Stamina), etc. It is my understanding that high-caliber weapons only shoot high-caliber (Mega) rounds, and that all high-caliber rounds are (at least) Crushing. What I don't know is whether someone can construct ammunition for regular guns that is also Crushing, and whether there is any difference if ammunition was restricted to only high-caliber (or voltaic) guns. For example, there is a special method that all Artisans know that allows them to make a single High-Caliber bullet. This is a Tier 0 item and costs 2 shares in materials. The Crushing method is Tier 1, and so producing any other way to deliver the Crushing effect would be a minimum of 10 shares. So the question really is, if I produce special ammunition that is restricted to High-Caliber guns (i.e. is a High-Caliber bullet) is it cheaper somehow? Is it different somehow?

If I know Blood, Stamina, Focus, Power, and Blight as methods, can I create an item that does Fatigue All, or do I have to learn "All" (or another method I don't know, like Edge)?

If you know Fatigue, Blood, Stamina, Focus, and Power, you can create Fatigue All items. You don't need Blight as a method for it.

Voltaic Shield (Tier 4 Artisan) is listed under the general Tier 4 abilities, but has the activation cost and prerequisites of a Tier 4 Stamina ability. Is Voltaic Shield intended to be a Tier 4 Artisan ability for 4 SP or 4 FP, a Tier 4 Artisan Stamina ability for 4 SP, or something else?

Currently, Artisan is one of the things I am giving attention to for the purposes of edits and improvements. I will have a better answer for this question when I've put a little more work into the header.

When under the effect of Rage, a character cannot use defensive abilities. Does this include all defensive effects (e.g. ones Bestowed onto that character, and consumable items)?
EDIT: Since all defensive effects are activated, no defenses can be used.

Question about bonus uses of skills. So a bunch of skills have clauses of "bonus use if you have such-and-such skill".
Example:
Is this bonus use per activation of the skill, or per reset?
EDIT: Answer was pointed out to me, it's per reset.
