I would not say I was disappointed that the this expedition did not start to as an explosive start as the last one, but i can say it was nice to have a calm start and relax in tavern with the friends i made during my last outing. If only it wasn't interrupted by that damn cult. They really got the better of my a band of folks all singing i couldn't help but join in it wasn't until they starting freaking murdering people that I understood why the others were panicking. For pete's sake why couldn't they have been just a friendly troupe of performers is that to much to ask for?
Anyways whilst fighting them Martigan taught me this strange song that seemed to disrupt the magic of the cults song.

Verse of Harmony
There will be rest, and sure stars shining
a reign of rest, serene forgetting
the music, of stillness, holy and low
to create a world of my devising
out of a dream in my lonely mind
Stars! I shall find.
After the cult was pushed back we had some time to rest, and the others began to squabble about some coin the majors hiding, and a hostage. I ignored what ever everyone was bickering about and focused on this hostage situation.
The next morning some of the expedition members helped me create another song. this time it ended up being more of a solemn drinking song
after waking up I sought out the blackwood sapping to leave a small offering, and pray. While I've prayed to kesti hundreds of times before it was different this time. soon I will be meeting the coven to set things right.
the next day went on, and many exhausting clashes occurred with blight monsters, cultists, gangsters, and other villains. While each danger was unique in circumstance and challenge they all ended with us battered, alive, and unbroken.

What do you tell a dead man's wife?
what do you tell a dead man's wife?
do you keep it shot and sweet
to let her be?
what do you tell a dead man's wife?
Do you tell her a tale
and leave him a legacy?
what do you tell a dead man's wife?
do you keep your tongues still
to kindly mislead?
What we told the dead man's wife
was that despite it all
it was his time to leave.
do you keep it shot and sweet
to let her be?
