The following has been posted to the Expedition Bulletin Board, as well as mailed to each member of the Expedition:
To the active members of the Galdrian Expedition,
Please find enclosed the official briefing for what was going to be the 13th, now considered the 14th Expedition, commencing the 24th of Arc of Reaping.
The Expeditionary Council has been advised by members of the Expedition and the Advance Scouting Group that an undertaking to a recently discovered collapsed ruin of an aqueduct should be considered priority. To that end, the Expedition will be deployed to Abhein. Preliminary scouting has identified several large concentrations of Blight as well as many creatures of the Scourge, Magister and Tyrant varity. A representative of S.I.R.E.N as well as an adjunct from the Tower of Natural Order will be dispatched to assist in coordination of this operation.
Please be advised that we are also expecting a higher than normal amount of Fey activity in the area.
We have received confirmation from representatives of House Nara of Mirelia that their mercantile operations will be present in Abhein once again as part of their annual trade festival.
Finally, we expect Ian the influence broker to be available to the Expedition around lunch on the second day of this Expedition (Saturday)
